Geartronics software issues

Has anyone been able to access the GCU through geartonics software?
We have tried multiple times with multiple laptops and cables and are still not able to access the GCU settings to correct for our new gear ratios.
Any assistance would be apricated.

Unfortunately we have never gone into the GCU before. My best feedback would be reaching out directly to Geatronics for help. Attached and below are some resources from the website that could help.

We figured out that CAN settings have to be modified on the PC side to link to the gcu aswell as it unfortunately works much better on older computers like windows 9.
