Are you able to post some photos of the throttle body? I’d like to see the shaft with the TPS off, the throttle body fully closed with the idle screw out, and what the throttle body looks like when the throttle pedal is all the way full.

This arm is one of the older style arms with the larger triangle support weld in the middle. We have seen some fitment issues with other teams as well. If you can get a measurement from heim to heim, the "C" measurement in the baseline PDF, that will help determine the appropriate lengths.
